Manse Group proudly conducts independent inspections for Levonix Homes at key stages of construction, including Pre-Plaster and Final. More recently, we have started completing waterproofing inspections for Levonix too, further supporting their commitment to quality.
Our inspections are a proactive approach to ensuring quality control on site and give peace of mind to homeowners.
Manse Group’s collaboration with Levonix Homes began through mutual clients. Several homeowners had engaged Manse Group to complete independent inspections on their properties, and Levonix owners, Zac and his wife Jen, witnessed firsthand the professionalism, thoroughness, and detailed reporting that we bring to every inspection. Impressed by our work, they approached us to see how we could assist with the broader quality assurance process for their builds.

Manse Group prides ourselves on our independence and feel that being engaged by both the client and builder on the same job could complicate the process. Therefore, we do not to take on clients who are building with Levonix Homes.
