The team from Manse Group have been amazing completing stages inspections on our new build. Dane has been very meticulous and picked up on defects for our builder to fix along the way. Having engaged with Manse Group has made the new build process less stressful as I am confident defects and potential problems for the future have picked up along the build stages, and documented should anything pop up in the future. Communication has been amazing across the whole team. Anytime I had a question, it would be answered straight away in a calm professional manner. There was never a feeling of getting you off the phone. They really do care about you and wanting the best outcome. Thank you so much for all the work and time you have put into our property.

We engaged Jake from the Manse Group 18 months into our build that was overdue and with our relationship having completely broken down with the builder. We were exhausted and frustrated, dealing with constant excuses, quality issues and unexpected costs that weren’t in the contract or properly documented.

Jake immediately removed the emotion from the situation and calmly and methodically worked through the facts. He helped us understand our rights under the contract and the building code, and then began liaising directly with the builder, which took an enormous amount of stress off our shoulders.

The reports Jake provided were detailed, evidence-based, and backed by building standards, making it straightforward to raise issues and get them addressed. Importantly, Jake is up to date with the latest building regulations and ensures that the builder's work is compliant with both the contract and current building codes.

Jake’s communication was exceptional—professional, prompt, and always clear. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

We can’t thank Jake and Rachel enough for their professional support throughout our build. We simply wouldn’t be in our house now if it wasn’t for them.

I would like to sincerely thank Jake and the team at Manse for ensuring my build was at faultless at possible.
From the start, Jake picked multiple faults, through poor trades and poor supervision on my 800k build in Teesdale. And this was with one of Australia's biggest builders. There were 19 faults alone in the slab, the most important part, the foundations of the build. These faults were passed by the builders surveyor.
As the build progressed Jake was relentless in his pursuit of ensuring that we had a good finished product, that it was up to code and we were well informed. I have learnt much and appreciate his good communication and prompt reports and replies to any concerns.
If you are going to build, a private inspector is a must. And I highly recommend Manse Group. If I ever worked up the tolerance and courage to build again, I would definitely use them.

Beginning our new build and after much research I engaged Manse as my private inspection company. I thoroughly recommend anyone building to have one .Jay was the inspector and I must compliment the reports he provided.They are comprehensive and concise. The availability to call on him at times when you are unsure or need clarification from an independent voice was reassuring. You get the personal touch from the whole team. Pleased to share that Manse Group were engaged by my wife and I when we first signed up to build a New Townhouse in South Geelong. The brief was to supervise & Manage the build which our Inspector Dane performed a fantastic job. Ther builders were less than professional at times but Dane kept them honest and all aspects of the build were done correctly to code and to a high standard. Ours was part of a 33 Townhouse project and pleased to claim that thanks to Manse Group we have had no post build problems whatsoever. The build was difficult and took almost four years almost double the time originally claimed by the Developers / Builders. Numerous excuses by the builders but thanks to Dane we got there in the end. This was our first and hopefully last venture into building an investment as we now hope to sell the property and retire. The reports provided by Manse Group certainly go a long way in providing surety to any potential buyers. We are very grateful for the professional assistance and guidance we received from Manse Group.

I was referred to Manse Group for my SDA property and although they charge more, I was convinced they were the right choice based on their experience with SDA and how comprehensive their inspections are. And I was not disappointed. Rachel & Jake were both fantastic to deal with, friendly and acommodating, and the inspection and report was 'next level' comprehensive. There were so many issues found with my home that I would never have known about and I was able to get these rectified with the builder before handover. The way I look at it is that I've potentially saved myself $xx,xxx's, as hopefully avoided the inconvenience of having to get repairs & maintenance down the track. Definitely a good investment in my opinion, highly recommended.

I had such a great experience with Manse on my first build (although i engaged them part way through), l wanted to ensure I engaged them early to provide their services right through this subsequent build.

Manse are a great insurance policy and an ally in your corner - they are up to date and knowledgeable across current building practices and work to ensure that your investment is delivered to plans and building code specs. Although I had every confidence in my builder, it’s still good to have an independent assessor to double-check the quality of the work being undertaken. This came in super handy when Jay highlighted that the slab hadn’t been poured to take into account a walk-in shower - this saved everyone a lot of time and a considerable amount of money - this was fixed before further works were organised.

Manse have been with me at all inspection stages through this build and have ensured my builder stays compliant but also, that they were building to engineers and drafting plans.

All in all, I have a beautiful new home which I know has met with the most stringent of checks. I would highly recommend engaging Manse if you are building - they are invaluable in ensuring the quality of your investment.

Manse Group were engaged prior to contract signing, and were with us right through to handover - we would never build without them on our team!
They made the entire build experience so much easier for us, and were trusted to flag any defects or noteworthy items during the build. Jay was amazing, and worked so well with our site supervisor(s) during the entire construction period. The PDF reports after each inspection were very detailed and easy to understand - and made it very clear for the builders to take corrective measures. The reports came through same day, so the build didn't move forward without corrections and re-inspections.
Even the contract review was super helpful, and flagged things with us that we hadn't considered, or had overlooked.

Manse Group have been the most lovely and professional business I have experienced throughout my entire building journey. Jake reviewed my building contract initially which was invaluable. There was a lot of advice he gave and it was much less daunting after he'd talked me through each section of the contract. Then throughout the build so many defects were picked up. Even my SS was impressed with the thoroughness of the inspections and what they found. I will be looking to do another build in the future and will be in touch! Worth every single cent. If you're umming and ahhhing about getting them for your house, just do it THANK YOU MANSE!

I had an excellent experience with Manse Group during the PCI (final inspection) stage of my new home. Hamish, the building consultant assigned to my job, was incredibly thorough and professional.
