Jake Pitman- Managing Director
Jake has more than a decade of experience in the building and construction industry with expansive expertise in high-end residential and commercial builds. His strong trade background, site and construction management experience and comprehensive industry knowledge enable him to navigate builds both effectively and efficiently.
Jake is a Registered Building Practitioner (DB-U 46794) and a member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV) and Building Dispute Practitioners Society. He has a Diploma of Building and Construction (Management), Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) and Certificate III in General Construction – Carpentry (Framework/Formwork/Finishing).
A former recipient of an Australian Overseas Foundation (AOF) Scholarship, Jake has actively worked on the AOF Board of Directors and is a passionate mentor for those new to the construction industry.
Dane Schreuders- Quality Assurance Building Assessor
Dane is a Registered Building Practitioner (DB-U 47026), has a Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) and brings a wealth of expertise to our clients and their projects.
Dane has worked as a Building Assessor of home owners warranty defects and large scale defect rectifications on multi-storey residences. He has also worked as a Site Supervisor of volume-built and custom luxury homes.
Dane’s knowledge of building practices is comprehensive and his standards are high. He has a positive and friendly attitude, meticulous attention to detail and a love for all things construction.
Hamish Gregory- Quality Assurance Building Assessor
Hamish is a Registered Building Practitioner (DB-U 11893) and qualified Carpenter/Joiner with over three decades of experience in the construction industry.
Having worked as a Construction Supervisor for a number of volume builders, as well as building high-end Architectural homes, renovations and commercial projects, Hamish has an excellent understanding of the building process and it’s challenges.
Hamish’s sharp eye for detail, passion for quality and genuine commitment to customer service ensures the best possible build experience for our clients.
Rachel Pitman- Relationship Manager
Rachel is your first point of contact, priding herself on excellent service and communication. Her friendly nature and desire to make your building experience as enjoyable as possible puts clients at ease from the very beginning.
Rachel has a Marketing/Event Management degree, thrives on building positive relationships with clients and industry professionals and is always up for a coffee.
Outside of the business, Rachel is excited by travel, property and helping others, while keeping busy with the two very active (and cheeky) little boys.
Kristen Peacock- Administration & Sales Support Officer
Kristen has 20 years of experience working in the travel industry, arranging VIP and executive travel and delivering the very best customer service.
Having previously built her ‘forever home’, Kristen understands the wave of emotions that can come with building as well as the importance of the finer details, quality, and peace of mind throughout the process.
A passionate people-person, Kristen loves to share in the excitement of our client’s new build over the phone.
Kristen has three children that keep her on her toes, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
