Manse Group always strives for a better build, however sometimes homeowners can experience push back or disregard, especially when it comes to the rectification of defects. The following process has been developed to give direction when there are building defects that are being ignored.
We have utilised our experience dealing with Builders, Site Supervisors, Building Surveyors and homeowners and find that clients who are strong and stick to the facts (leave out the emotion) always do the best when it comes to these situations.
Your dedicated Assessor will be able to advise which step in the process you are currently at and when it might be time to escalate it to the next step.
