George would happily take my calls to explain any questions I may have had. Manse Group reports are very detailed, and their fee includes reinspection. They are worth every penny, and having re-inspections included in their packages, gives you peace of mind, particularly in an industry wherein photos & taking a builder’s word just doesn’t cut it. For example - we had numerous re-inspections as our builder had either ignored defects, or fixed some but not all items, so definitely worthwhile having re-inspections!Lastly, we’d like to say that the team at the Manse Group are super lovely, and attentive and this carried all the way through from the pre-sales right through to post-handover. We hired Manse Group, to write up a report for us for VCAT.Dane traveled all the way down from Geelong to Warrnambool, to go over the property he was meticulous and went over every detail, he was still even on the roof taking measurements in the rain.Nothing was rushed and Dane answered all the questions I had.In the end Dane sent us the report we were looking for, and it went into detail in areas I didn't even think of.Their work will go a long way toward our case at VCAT, I would highly recommend them to anyone.I just wish I used there services at the very beginning, it would have saved me a lot of time and head aches.
