We had a fabulous experience with MANSE group. Knowing that we were building with a volume builder, we always had concerns about the quality of build and wanted to get a second opinion every step of the way. We had Hamish inspect every stage of our build. Reports came through quickly and it was great to hold our volume builder accountable. To add to this, our volume builder was also one of the builders who went into liquidation. Having MANSE group on our side for this meant that we had constant advice, as well as an incredibly detailed defect list to ensure that nothing was missed in our process of applying for our insurances and hiring a new builder. We honestly couldn't have built the house without them!

I highly recommend Manse Group. The admin girls were always friendly and very accommodating in providing paperwork that I frequently requested. George Georgievski my building inspector was a miracle worker. Unfortunately, I had a lot of problems with my builder (Arli Homes) but George was always there to push hard to sort things out. He also at times didn't hesitate in going to my builders inspector and threatening to escalate to the VBA if things weren't fixed. George would happily take my calls to explain any questions I may have had. Manse Group reports are very detailed, and their fee includes reinspection. This is the second time I have built and what I have learned is that builders will take shortcuts - you need to have the help of a firm like Manse Group to keep them accountable. Their reports are thorough and evidence based, making them dummy-proof; easy to read and understand. We as the homeowners could easily grasp why items were defective, and how they should be corrected, according to Victorian Building Codes & Regulations.Manse Group also advocated for us, backing our conversations, answering calls and attending meetings with the builder, helping us to get concrete resolutions and a home built according to code.Manse Group provide more than just detailed building inspections & reports, they are consultants, providing us advice with when to escalate reports, who to escalate to, and recommended next steps given the issues we had with our builder. We hired Manse Group, to write up a report for us for VCAT.Dane traveled all the way down from Geelong to Warrnambool, to go over the property he was meticulous and went over every detail, he was still even on the roof taking measurements in the rain.Nothing was rushed and Dane answered all the questions I had.In the end Dane sent us the report we were looking for, and it went into detail in areas I didn't even think of.Their work will go a long way toward our case at VCAT, I would highly recommend them to anyone.I just wish I used there services at the very beginning, it would have saved me a lot of time and head aches.
